Someone is going to get a great buy !! bought in Feb of 2015. It was stored in a covered slip in Daytona Beach. The 3406 Cat diesels have less that 700 hours on them (hardly even broken in). heat exchangers cleaned and recalibrated by the factory and had the harmonic balancers changed. Both engines have had recent filter changes (air and oil) as well as oil changed. The generator is a 15 KW Westerbeake also diesel., It has just over 1100 hours on it and was completely serviced at the 1100 hour mark. owners have continued to update things as they go along (fixed the sub zero refrig, had a new AC compressor in the salon, replaced the AC unit in the guest stateroom, had the AC system cleaned, replaced the Micro/Convection Oven, new stereo on the fly bridge, installed new water pump for the AC system, replaced both toilet pumps). There are things that still need to be updated or fixed that they have not yet done, which is why they are negotiable on the price. These items include: the refrig on the flybridge, both ice makers (fly bridge and galley), the GPS screen on the fly bridge, and the governor on the generator. This is a great boat that someone is going to enjoy for a very long time
